Can I have my books signed?
Yes, of course! All the physical books in this project (whether you choose a 1-book reward (HARDCORE or (H)EARLYBIRD) or all the way up to a 5-book reward (ALL IN) will be signed.

Can I get a copy of the Age of Legend ebook?
Yes! If you only want the 2 ebooks - you can pledge at the DIGITAL DOUBLE TROUBLE reward level. If you want to pledge at one of the other levels, simply increase your pledge amount by $10. Then when the Kickstarter is over you’ll be able to add the “Age of Legend” ebook to your order from within the BackerKit self-service portal, and the extra $10 will be attributed to that ebook and you’ll get both

Do I have to be acknowledged. In other words, if I don't want my name printed in the book can I "opt out" of this reward?
Of course! When the Kickstarter is over, there will be a survey which you may fill out to indicate what name you want in the acknowledgments. If you don’t want any name just specify N/A.

Can I have my books dedicated?
Unfortunately, you cannot. We use a fulfillment company and they can’t “marry” signed books to fulfillment labels. For them to process the orders, each book has to be identical. So you will not be able to get them dedicated.
That said, each backer will have their names added to in the acknowledgments and if want to use a name other than yours, you can certanly do that.

Will there be an "ALL IN" for digital copies so we can get a full set of ebooks?
Unfortunately, no. Del Rey owns the ebook publication rights for books #1 - #3 and only they can do the distribution for them. I can only produce books that I own the rights for and in this series that means #4 - #6
If you want the ebook for #4, you will be able to add that on as part of Backer Kit. Just add $10 over your pledge amount, and then you can “buy” the ebook for age of Legend.

How can I get two copies of Age of Death, one for me and one for my friend?
Just back at the DOUBLE TROUBLE level. When the Kickstarter is over, you’ll be able to indicate what book you want for your “additional” copy, and you can just select Age of Death.

Can you add shipping for my country?
Yes! Just let me know what country you are in, and we’ll add it to the HARDCORE and ALL IN levels. If you want the 2, 3, or 4 book levels, we’ll manage that through BackerKit because we need to know WHICH books you want to know whether we should deduct $10 per book or $2.50 a book depending on the titles.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
